Blended learning at Heart of Worcestershire College

At this week's AoC Annual Conference in Birmingham, Heart of Worcestershire College won the Jisc-sponsored AoC Beacon Award for Effective Use of Technology in FE. Here, HoW ILT director Peter Kilcoyne talks about the complete blended learning model introduced by the college, how it has helped to create a culture where the use of online learning is expected and normal, and the way it has let the students develop independent and autonomous learning skills.
